Happy Boxes was formed in 1999 and maintains a clear focus on the future thru our development and acquisitions efforts. Our mission has remained unchanged as we strive to provide a superior self storage experience for our customers.

Happy Boxes today is professionally managed by Suburban Asset Management under the direction of our Director of Operations and Principal, Lynn Upton-Sykes. Our current portfolio consists of 420,000 square feet of storage space and more than 3,100 individual storage spaces. Our corporate office is located in Norfolk, Virginia.
