What's the right amount of storage space for me?

We have online tools such as the Size Guide and Space Estimator, or our managers can help “right-size” a unit for you.

Do I have to sign a long-term lease?

No, month-to-month leases are fine. We just ask for 5-day advance notice if you decide to move out.

What form of personal identification should I bring to rent my space?

We ask for government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or U.S. passport.

How do I make a payment?

You can pay in person, online (click on My Account), or mail a check or money order to the store. To save you time and postage, you can also elect to have your payment automatically deducted each month from your bank account or credit card.

Which credit cards do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card.

When could I move in?

If we have available space that meets your needs, then move in anytime! And if the exact fit is not immediately available, we can provide an interim space plan to get you started.

Can I access my storage space on my own?

Yes, we offer secure 24x7 access. Our security gates operate by personal access code and will open automatically for you.

Are there any items I should not store?

Good question; yes, there are a few. For everyone’s safety don't store things like explosives, flammable liquids, or toxic materials in your unit. If you are ever unsure about an item, just ask one of our managers.
